Odd Acres Apiary Refunds and Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If a product you purchase from Odd Acres Apiary is found to be defective or not meet your needs, Odd Acres Apiary will happily repair or replace the product or offer you a refund.
This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If any provision of this policy is inconsistent with the Australian Consumer Law, the Australian Consumer Law will prevail because your satisfaction is important to us.
Change of Mind
Odd Acres Apiary will happily accept returns due to change of mind if your request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of the item and returned to us in the original packaging, unused and in resaleable condition with proof of purchase.
Any product that has been personalised, written on, or demonstrates usage will not be accepted as a return simply because you have changed your mind.
Items received by Odd Acres Apiary after the 14-day return period will not qualify for a refund.
All refunds exclude delivery charges.
Faulty Goods
If you receive a faulty product, we recommend you complete our Contact Us form, including a picture of the item and a brief description of the fault as soon as you discover the fault.
Once your return is received and accepted, your refund will be processed to the original tender type. You will not be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the fault has been caused by your product usage or through fair wear and tear. We will notify you by email once your refund process has been completed.
Odd Acres Apiary will not be liable to you for defects, delays, and failures in delivery of your return to us caused by incorrect or outdated information provided by you, your mailbox being full or any event outside of our reasonable control.

Shipping Refund Policy
When organising your return, the return shipping method and associated return shipping costs are your responsibility, including courier pick-up fees.
Returns are to be sent to Odd Acres Apiary, PO Box 227, Gungahlin ACT 2912, Australia.
Odd Acres Apiary are not responsible for customer returns that are not received.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and accepted, your refund will be processed as a store credit for a future Odd Acres Apiary purchase. We will notify you by email once your refund process has been completed.
All refunds exclude shipping and courier pick-up fees associated with your original order or your return.
